Although it is ultimately your responsibility to find a placement, we give you all the support you could need. Our dedicated Placement Officers circulate job opportunities and offer extensive CV, covering letter and interview coaching to ensure you have the best chance to compete for some of the top placement positions in industry. The English Language test certificate provided with your application documents will not be accepted as proof that you have attempted to meet your offer conditions as such a certificate will predate the offer. Due to the competition for places and limited availability, our courses require a deposit of £1000 to cover non-recoverable costs and secure your place.
In year 1 you develop a core foundation in business management and marketing, studying a range of business related topics. In the following years you will specialise in marketing specific modules and have the chance to explore elective modules from other business disciplines. The postgraduate Future Leaders Certificate, run by the Business School’s Careers in Business team, is an extra-curricular programme which is designed to prepare our MSc students for the potential impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution .
A Bachelor degree or Fachhochschuldiplom/Diplom with a final result of at least Gut. A Bachelor Degree (Baccalauréat Universitaire) with a final overall result of at least 5 out of 6. A Grade de licence / Grade de licence professionnelle with a final overall result of at least 13 out of 20. A Titulo de Bacharel, Titulo de or Licenciado/a with a final overall result of at least 7.5 out of 10. A Bachelier, Licencié or Licentiaat and other two cycle diplomas with a final overall score of at least 16 out of 20. A Bachelor Honours degree with a final result of at least Second Class or a Bachelor degree with a final result of Distinction or higher.

Management Analysis seeks to develop and enhance the basic mathematics and statistics knowledge and skills that are relevant to decision making in organisations. This module provides you with a broad view on key management related topics. It also provides a chance for you to gain hands-on experience on teamwork through preparation and delivery of a group presentation as part of the module assessment. You’ll demonstrate the breadth of your learning by completing a dissertation on a marketing topic of your choice. A module on business research will give you the skills you need in this extended writing task, and you’ll be closely supervised by one of our academics. Careful consideration will be given to an individual’s academic achievement, taking in to account the context and circumstances of their pre-university education.

A range of vocational certificates and diplomas in marketing are provided by The Chartered Institute of Marketing . They range from foundation through to senior level and can be taken while you’re working in a marketing role. Your interests can also offer a way into a marketing career – for example, if you’re passionate about sport, the environment or music, one of these could become your specialist area.
