How You Will Learn

Risk management involves assessing business practices and identifying problem areas. This unit gives students an understanding of the principles of the customer experience. It will introduce students to the customer journey in organisational contexts, the management of the customer experience, the role of technology, and the monitoring and measurement for improvement in the customer experience. International Pathway Courses are specialist programmes designed for international students who want to study in the UK.

This degree is run by our triple-accredited Newcastle University Business School, based in our state-of-the-art building within theNewcastle Helix development – Newcastle’s emerging business district. If you choose to take a work placement, it will extend your degree by a year. If you are a UK student or have settled/pre-settled status and you want to study full-time then you apply through the Universities and Colleges Admission Service .
