The team works to strengthen IRC’s long-term business development capacity and learning by sharing best practices and building upon proven approaches. We develop tools and processes that strengthen and simplify our business development efforts, and work with training colleagues to improve capacity across the organization. This is a full-time role but we are keen to find the right person and therefore happy to discuss flexible working patterns. We are flexible about where the role is based but you will be working with staff across the UK, India and the Philippines so you will need to be a great team player.

In smaller companies, business development is usually carried out as a smaller function within a broader mix of responsibilities.
